Can I apply for Canada as well as other country the same time ?

I want to apply for Canada but it seems the visa ratio for Pakistani students is not that good, SO i want to apply for Canada as well as Ireland at the same time, does it possible ?

Yes its possible...you can try both at same time... dont submit passport to canada just all necessary document ..... check processing times for ireland . ya good luck

What do you mean by not submitting the passport. ? isn't it a mandatory requirement to submit it ?

canada online apply kardo passport ki zaroorat nai hoti, jb visa dena hota hai sirf us waqt passport mangte hain,,,,,,,,,,

Even on Paper application you will not need to submit original passport but copy, once get visa approval then CIC ask for.
