My PGWP will expire on Dec 4 and I just got provincial nomination with additional 600, now sitting at 1035.

Can I apply for BOWP now or I have to wait until next draw?

Any answer that helps. Thanks in advance.

Hi Wisper, from what I know about BOWP, you first need to have received you AOR.

Can anyone else who has gone through the process confirm this?

I think you can apply for bowp based on your PNP as long as it does not say "Employment restrictions"

Wrong. To be elligable to apply for BOWP, one must submit application for PR and positive eligibility decision should be made by CIC (AOR letter has been sent). Pnp nomination alone is not enough. This is actually explained very well in the link you posted.

Can I go to CBSA directly after AOR?
