Can i apply for asylum in Canada

Hello Dear Community!!
Please i just want some advice from your side.
I am apply for asylum sekeer in Sweden and had rejected my application!
Can i apply for asylum in Canadian Embassy in Sweden.
Cuz i hered that when you have reject application in some Europeian country and you can not return back to your home country you can apply for asylum in Canada ????

You can not apply directly to the embassy. To apply for refugee status in Canada you either need to apply in Canada or be in a country other than your home country and recognized as a refugee by the UNHCR. They will search for countries willing to accept you (not necessarily Canada). Be aware your rejected claim in Sweden may make making a refugee claim more difficult.
