Recently, I completed my studies and submitted an online application for a post-graduation work permit (PGWP). Then I received a temporary permit (PT-PTPD) valid for 4 months while my work application is being processed. I am wondering if this temporary document (WP-EXT except for PGWP) would allow me to apply for a visa since my study permit has already expired. Have any of you had such an experience?
