can I apply for a study permit from INSIDE Canada while my PR application is in process?

Hi everyone,
I'm currently working full time in Canada and my PR (PNP) application is in process rn. IRCC has received my medical exam in July 2019. I just renewed my work permit in June 2019. If anyone has experienced my situation before, plz help me with the following questions:
1. can I apply for a study permit from INSIDE Canada while waiting for my work permit extension and my PR approval?
2. Will the new study permit from INSIDE Canada change my status as a full-time worker in Canada? If not then I am allowed to have both study permit and work permit at the same time right?
3. will my study permit affect my PR application.

there are certain rules regarding applying for a study permit from inside Canada , and most people wouldn't qualify . maybe do some research on that before you apply .

You will lose your work permit if you apply and get a study permit.
