I have an approved study permit for fall 2023 from outside canada(Introduction letter) . I have a prospective employer inside canada that is wants to employ me in Canada and is willing to apply for a LMIA and closed-work permit for me from outside Canada so I can work full time during my studies. Will this be a risk to my approved study permit(invitation letter) by demonstrating dual intent? Will I be able to work more than 20 hours as a student? I have no intention of starting the position in Canada untill I start my classes. Since student work would not count towards PR, can I take this optio? Please advise. Thanks.

I will appreciate a response on this. Thank you.

You should pick either the study permit or work permit. Any work you do while holding a study permit cannot be counted as Canadian work experience towards PR. Additionally, IRCC often reacts badly to people who come to Canada on a study permit and then try to convert this to a closed work permit. They will sometimes view this as misrepresentation. Which one of the two is your priority? If the study permit, then stick to studying and working up to 20 hours per week. If the work permit, then remain in your home country and wait for the work permit to be approved before travelling.
