Can I apply Express Entry?

Hi,
I am currently got fired from the company due to budget problem. ( I was working 2 and half year)
and I had a LMIA (was until next year) and was processing in AINP (Not nomineed yet)

I have No idea If I can do something to live in Canada.

So now I am trying to apply Express Entry as EE and will get a English score,

question,
1, Can I apply Express Entry to get PR ( I am unemployed currently)
2, What will happen with my AINP application (Is there any way to get the Open work permit?)

Try first the Come to Canada Tool and CRS Calculator, should be easy to Google the websites. You'll find out from there if you're eligible since there are a lot of factors involved.

Having no current job should not be an issue in itself. Just update your online profile in IRCC or AINP accordingly.
