My am in CEC. Haven't received the landing paper.
My current open work visa will be expired on 2020/6/1.
I can only apply the BOWP on Feb 1.
BUT, I've booked the flight ticket to travel to my home country on Feb to July.
Can I apply BOWP while I am outside Canada?
