Can i apply BOWP from outside canada?

Hello,
I will have to leave Canada shortly and my work permit is expiring in 6 months or less and i have also applied PR and got my AOR. I will have to apply BOWP in next two months. Therefore, during that time i will be in my home country. Is it possible to apply BOWP outside Canada and get it done ?? thanks
