Can I apply AINP and CEC at the same time

Guys ,Pease help . As you know two weeks ago the CIC suddenly announced 6 job categories ineligible for CEC. That was quiet a shock for me . I already hired a ICCRC adviser to do my CEC case. but my friend suggest me to try to apply for AINP at the same time. (which will be closed at Nov 28,2013).

Because My post graduate work permit will be expired in 3 months,So I immediately decided to file an application for the AINP . please tell me if I made the correct decision . and how I can explain this to my CEC case Adviser?

I applied under CEC and MPNP too. Double chances better than just one.

How did you submit the PCC for the two applications? Did you request for two copies, one each for the two application? or submitted a letter with one application that it is held in the other package?
The initial amount of $550 will not be refunded if they progress together - is that correct?

As they obtain Canada PCC themselves, I only had to provide PCC from my country for each application, so I just ordered 2 copies.
RPRF question...as far as I am aware, they will refund $550 until "Decision made". You payed $450 for processing, remember? THAT fee will not be refundable if they started "In process". But $550 is for PR itself, so it is payable just once, as you get just 1 PR. Even theoretically there is very low chance you will get 2 PPRs at the same time.

ARE THE IMMIGRATION OFFICE REQUESTED FOR PROCCESSING THE SAME ON BOTH? I.E. CPP-O?

you can apply for b.o.w.p but you will have to wait for nomination certificate, then you can apply open work permit , it will take 2 to 3 weeks to get that , you dont have to wait for your file number from cic to do that , my friend was in same situation and got an open work permit that way
