I have applied to canada as a skill worker and a week ago I recieved a letter saying that I have been denied. they gaved me no points for education. However I did complete my schooling and did aquired certificates for finishing school. please advise

You can request the officer in Charge to re-evaluate, but there is no Appeal, unless you apply within 30 days for leave to the Federal Court of Canada. Then only if there was a mistake in law.
