Yes but are you adopting them because you have actually taken over parental duties, or just so you can sponsor them and only then become their parent(s) here? CIC is also on the lookout for 'adoptions of convenience', not only 'marriages of convenience'.

Since their parents are not alive, which is not the case when you created a thread saying that 15 minutes ago:

Although you love them and want the best for them, this would be considered an adoption of convenience. CIC would do the background checks and establish that fairly easily.

I don't think what you want to do is adoption. Adoption is a process whereby a person assumes the parenting of another, usually a child, from that person's biological or legal parent or parents, and, in so doing, permanently transfers all rights and responsibilities, along with filiation, from the biological parent or parents. And from what you explained above, it doesn't seems so. And since they're your relation CIC will taking a special look into your case to determine that you're not just trying to sponsor them to come to Canada based on that fact. If it is about their education, they can obtain a student visa (depending on their ages) to enjoy the better education system you referred to.

It seems that you are posting many treads asking about different relatives of yours whether they can be sponsored or not.

As with your other postings, you cannot sponsor your niece, nephew, aunt, uncle, and siblings. You can only sponsor your living parents.
