Can I add siblings above age of 25 on the same tourist visa application with parents?

I am planning to apply visitor visa for my family - parents and 2 siblings both above age 25 who are not dependent on my parents.
I think I cannot add them in the same application. Do I need to create 3 applications? 1 combined for my mom and dad and each for my siblings?

Please clarify.

Each of your siblings has to apply separately. It's three applications.

NO. Siblings are separate as they are over 22 and not dependants.
