Hello, I am sponsoring my parents through Family Class Sponsorship.

Can I act as my parents' representive?

If yes, I think that all future comminication with CIC will go through me, am I right?

Yes, you can be your parents' representative. And, it means you will (usually) get communication sent to you or cc'd to you. But, have them be on the lookout too because they may still reach out to them directly.

Being a representative also has the advantage that you can call on their behalf, if it ever becomes necessary.
