Can history of Typhoid fever cause problem in medicals?

Dear Forum Members,

I had medicals 2 days before.
When DMP asked me about any history illness about my kid, I told them the truth she had typhoid one year back
She noticed in Section B, ie, Any illness more than three weeks
Actually She had fever for only one to two weeks

Can it lead to medical furtherance? or any problem with immigration?
Please give your opinion on this
