I'm 19 years old Canadian and my boyfriend is 20 years old international student in United states and originally from Hong Kong(part of China) , both of us still in college or universities. I want to be with him, so we decide to marry next year so i can use the sponsorship law to support him immigrating to Canada. my Question is how should we start the process; will this deny cause we are too young and still under the financial support of our parents.

You will not be denied because of your age or because of lack of money. In Canada, you need to be 18 to sponsor and you don't need to prove income to sponsor a spouse. You do however have to prove that your relationship is real to be accepted. Start collecting your data now, photos of you together and evidence of your relationship. Like if you are living together, you might have a joint lease, joint bills, joint bank accounts, something like that. If you are not living together, you might have phonebills or something. If you take trips together, you could save tickets/receipts.

Also go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/index.asp and read up on sponsorship.
