CLB 9 might be a stretch for you. high french score and a pnp nomination might be your safest bet.

I have CLB 8 but French not that high but my question is why there is a difference in scores? Is that normal

Even if it is true I don't know what it is..I did it time after time nothing changed but why do you think I got out of the pool .is it because the scores for the drop got higher ?
