Hello
Sponsorship process takes near 1 year !
So is it good decision (if visitor visa approved )
First get visit visa before marriage
by doing this , there is not need to wait 1 year for process
suppose you have visitor visa first
then married
all process for sponsorship will be done from Canada ,

its possible but can be hard to get as a visitor visa is for visiting only, while the intent is to move to Canada.
Also note that while on a visitor you cannot work or get any healthcare etc, so there is still a need to wait for PR.

Hello and appreciate for Your replying @Jets13
This is very new topic for me and i'm really not tend to waste Your time and also make continually queries in order to solve all doubts which is hidden in this
Just let me add 1-2 Query on this and thanks in advance
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
waiting 1 year is really too much :oops:specially you know how much stringent measures are from CIC sides!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
just can you add and give some solutionable advise on this how can tackle with this kind of scenario :
Man (with PR now is living inside of Canada)
His wife (after husband comes back and marriage is Outside of Canada)

what is the best solution beside of sponsorship which can his wife come sooner to Canada ?

what is your idea about getting Visiting Visa upon to the spouse Invitation usually after marriage or individually wife act out to obtain visit visa before marriage then
i know should wait for PR but during PR process she can live together with her husband

what is your idea?

thanks in advance

A lot will depend on the profile of the wife. Does she work? Does she have assets? Does she have finances to support herself? What can you show that she will leave Canada at the end of her visitor visa? For a visitor visa you must show strong ties to home country and also show that you will leave. Those questions can be hard to answer when her husband is in Canada and then the ties to Canada are stronger than home country. If i was you i would try for a visiting visa and hope you get approved but be prepared for potential refusal.

If refused I would apply outland, then when you get approved as a sponsor, apply for a visitor again (declaring your previous refusal). Then potentially she could stay here while her pr is in process and then flagpole when her pr goes through.

in either case while she is visiting she cannot LIVE here, she can only visit on a visiting visa. Which means no work, no health care, but you can at least be together.
