CAN GCMS NOTES CHANGE IF ORDERED TWICE?

Hello. I ordered gcms on 12/06/20 and received on 4Th july which showed eligibility, criminality and medical passed. And security was blank. Final decision was pending
I ordered it Again on 17th july. I am now worried if anything changes in all these section!!
Can this decision be changed if orgered again? I am a bit worried. Please help me out.

Really, the question will be if your application was processed at all between June 12 and July 17. It may not have been.
