Hi there,
I would like to know what are the chances of a failed refugee claimant or withdraw refugge claimant return to Canada as a foreign worker? What difference dose failed refugee or withdraw refugee claim? Would it effect the future return?

Yes it will, my basic question to you would be are really, honestly a refugee?

Most likely yes. The idea of issuing you a temporary work visa, is that it is temporary. Proving that you have no intention of staying in Canada, once your visa expires is going to be tough.

You will need to show very strong ties to your Country. As you are a failed refugee claimant, that is going to be a hard one.

Sorry but I doubt in all reality that you will able to return to Canada.

Your chances are slim, as everyone here is saying.

Look at it from Canada's perspective. You claimed you were a refugee, Canada disagreed, and here you are applying for a work permit gain -- presumably safe and sound, which means the refugee claim was bogus or at least exaggerated.

To recover your credibility in Canada's eyes, you would have to show better proof of persecution, and if you can you might as well renew your refugee claim.

Thanks for the reply. I have another question for you. what if I withdraw my hearing, would it make a difference?
