Hi everyone, I need some clarity on landing timelines.

I am the Principal Applicant (PA) and I am currently in Canada. I just received my Portal 1 (P1) email. My wife is a dependent residing outside Canada; she already received her PPR, submitted her passport, and now has her Immigrant Visa/COPR in hand.

Since I am still waiting for my P2 and eCOPR, can she travel to Canada and land now? Or is she legally required to wait until I officially have my eCOPR in my hand before she can land at the airport?

You have to land first so yes you need eCOPR. IRCC keeps giving COPR to dependents earlier than PA for some reason.
