Can CPP-Ottawa lose your passport?Urgent

Hi,

I sent my passport for a trv stamp on the september 24th and they recieved it on the 26th. I basically emailed them and they told me that they sent my passport on october 19th via regular mail but as of today september the 26th, my passport is not here and I am totally freaking out because I am in the same province and Canada post people told me that it only take a maximum of 4 business day to get the mail within the same province. I am planning to leave my city soon so I am wondering if I should wait or file a police report? Please respond and I will appreciate it.

No tracking no. as they have sent it via regular mail. How long does it take if you have any idea?

No it was not to save money, it was because properly didnt researched and I did not understood the process very well.. Regarding to your reply, I am having such a terrible time right now and only a loser like you can answer this question in this manner. Only a small minded person can give such a reply to someone who is in trouble, so please save your lazy life some trouble and do not answer on the posts for which you dont have any thoughtful suggestions. If someone does not understand the process very well, that doesnt mean they deserve to get their passport's lost specially when all my friends got their passports back with regular mail and I never knew about the Xpresspost thing. Anyways your not an intelligent person who have any empathy towards others so I hope when something like this ever happens to you, the only sympathy you should get is a big finger and you know which one.

I wonder why immigration canada could not afford to pay for Xpresspost!.
