Can COPR holders travel to Canada together with sponsor?

Just needed some clarification on these questions. My husband is very close to getting his COPR and I'm a Canadian citizen. We're both currently abroad together in his home country.

• If my husband gets his COPR visa, can both him and I travel together to Canada? Or do I need to physically be in Canada before he can travel?
• Can anyone with a valid COPR visa now travel to Canada?

Would appreciate any input as this confused me a little bit.

Yes - you can travel together. Yes - anyone with a valid COPR can travel to Canada.
