can company install an employee monitor on our computer (working computer) in canada? I am going to work in a finance company and the manager tell me, they will install a Any keylogger on my computer to protect thier data safe. Can they do this? Should we go to work there?

Thanks.

Their company computer? If so, their rules...
Your personal home computer? No they can't unless you permit it.
Please give much more detail about this.

It would seem that it's perfectly legal: http://geckomonitor.com/blog/2013/03/are-keyloggers-legal-or-illegal/

If you can avoid the temptation of using your work computer for personal websurfing and email, at least during your working hours, you shouldn't have a problem.
