can change parameters after evaluation

hi
for EE process i have an inquiry

1. is it possible after WES evaluated university degree ,work experience change from 2 years to 1 or 3 ?
2. for inserting all information for express Can before all steps ,first i can get assess answer from WES,then start to fill ,work history and related things
