Can change from open work permit to work permit as Live in Caregiver program

One of my friend have a problem and I am not sure for the information for her.
My quetion is
Can she change from open work permit to work permit as Live in Caregiver program within Canada?
First, she got open work permit from her husband as her husband working as chef.
Now she got offer for Live in caregiver program.
Can she change and apply within Canada?

Is there any specific reason why she need to switch from open work permit to live in caregiver?.. i believe you can work on any job with an open work permit.
