Can CEC move to Quebec after landing?

Hi all, if we could get our PR cards by CEC (although I am still waiting for MR ), could we go to Quebec to work or study? I mean if we live in Quebec, will it affect the update of our PR cards or application of citizenship? Thanks!

The answer to your question is No.
It clearly states here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/cec.asp

Although, it's best if you do your studies through lawyers and people you know they have done it before. Also bare in mind that if you ever decide to do it, one day you are going to apply for Citizenship and that is when the red flags will pop up!
