Hi everyone!
My partner and I are gathering our evidence to submit our profile for express entry FSW program.
He is the primary applicant and has 11 months skilled experience in Canada and 2.5 years proven skilled work experience in Australia. He may be able to prove some more skilled work experience in Australia if he has to.

I am wondering if we can enter his Canadian skilled work experience as "Foreign" because this will get us 459 points instead of 434, as we will get 25 more points if he has 3 years skilled foreign experience and 0 canadian experience.
It doesn't seem fair that we are actually disadvantaged by the fact that some of his work experience was obtained in Canada .... If only he had one more month and we would've been guaranteed an ITA with a score of 480+.
Would it be misrepresentation to enter the Canadian exp as foreign?
Or will the canadian 11months exp be added to the foreign exp to total 3 years 4 months? that didn't seem to happen in the points calculator, but maybe it will look different once we enter our details into the profile.

thanks for your help!

also, the canadian exp was from mid Nov - mid Apr for 2 separate years so do we need to enter it as nov-march so that we aren't accidentally given too many points for a full year of experience and invited when we shouldnt be?
