If an Australian Plumber (Certificate III) is fully certified, and immigrates to Canada to work, what has to be done to get the equivalent 'journeyman' title?

To work in Alberta, you have to be : a) a registered apprentice, b) an Alberta-certified journey person or c) hold a recognized related trade certificate.
