Hi.
I applied for PR Canada under FSW-2013 programme in Dec-2013. Luckily after 6 month i: e in May 2015 I got PR immigrant visa. Here I am the principal (main) applicant and my wife, and my 4 years old daughter are dependent on me. So they also got same PR immigration VISA. We have spent one month in Canada and after got our PR card which is valid till Aug 2019, we were moved back to our home country (India) due to our family problem which is my old father and mother are alone and also not medically fit who lives in India. Also now we have second baby, who was born in India and does not have PR status, neither have Immigrant /visitor VISA.
After thinking a lot we decided that I alone moved back to Canada and my wife and daughter are stay in home country (India) to look after their in-laws as well as new baby. After some time approximately 4-5 years again in year 2022, I sponsor my wife, daughter and new baby. My question is could it be possible to get PR status back again, when one should not maintain PR status (2 years out of 5 years) and apply PR for new baby.
Waiting for reply urgently because all my future depends upon 1 decision.
Thanks
Sunny
