Can apply for both side in PNP and CEC at one time?

Hi Folks,

Can I apply for both category in NSPNP and CEC ?

What happen if i approve from NSPNP and can i withdrawal my application from CEC ? if PNP approved then i will file for federal right.


Please suggest me.

Yes you can have both PNP and CEC going at the same time. If you get PR from either of them, the other will be closed.

Yes you can do that. I did the same but since my CEC was processed much faster, I didn't file under PNP. I will recommend if you have a strong case to apply under CEC, go ahead with that, since the processing is faster.
