I was just searching the cic website, and found this new operational bulletin. but could not get its meaning..

It means any company hiring a IT specialist will be required to have LMO from september 2010 onwards to hire a foreign worker. It was earlier waived off, however, as there is now a number of IT specialists in Canada, they are withdrawing this offer.

I believe it means that the "I.T. profession" will start to require an L.M.O. before being approved for a visa. But, correct me if I'm wrong, it only affects people who are trying to get a work permit. I think the I.T. professionals who are trying to migrate through FSW1 are not affected by it.
