Can anyone tell me how to contact the Minister for approval?

Dear all.
My husband applied for me on the year 2012 from Quebec.I have recently received an email from the immigration officer that I must apply for obtaining Minister's authorization to return to Canada. For this I need to submit application and bank draft of CAD 400 as Cost Recovery Fee and CAD 1500 as Removal Fee.

I am not clear whether I should send the bank drafts and my application to the visa office at Singapore or to Canada. If to Canada, could you kindly give me the address where I should send the bank drafts and the application.

I have no idea, the best I can offer at this point till a senior member who has knowledge of this can help is read the letter you received again and see what and how it directs you to the minster. Most letters do explain how to complete a transaction .

I have no experience with this either, but i got 3 pages of hits by searching on "ARC". I even limited my search to Family Class topics only.

Every case is different but you should assume that it may take many months. Don't assume that it will be granted however.

What if I have already waited for my PPR for nearly 3 years?
3 years later I received a letter recently asking me to get an authorization as I have once been deported before. Even then it might take a long time?

The only way to find out is to do as CIC requires. It'll take as long as it takes. As I said, every case is different. Guessing a time would be just that, a guess.
