i am ready with all my documentation, is it safe to dispatch my application now for the NOC 2281 to stay within the cap. On CIC website the number of applications it shows 229 for that category.... i am confused......can anybody suggest plsss....... thanks in advance..

You should be OK - but it's impossible for any of us to day for certain.

Go for it. U have nothing to loose. But u will have everything to loose if you dont apply. Just recheck and recheck your application to make sure u have not missed anything.

At least u are ready with everything. I am yet to start. Lol...Most probably I will be applying in the 3rd week of December. Can you imagine. I still have hope, so I am sure u'll do just fine :)

BTW where are u from and which city?

You should be fine! - nothing to be confused about.

I have seen a post in this forum says somebody got rejected visa because of the documents from employer does not show the number of hours he worked for.....
is it mandatory?? because one my experience documents also does not have the number hours on it.......

can anybody clarify plss.............

try and get the number of hours/week mentioned on it. Also mention that u are a full time employee.

I am not to sure, but if u are not claiming points for that job experience, then there is no point mentioning the number of hours

@ E01985337..... i am claiming points for that and it is the NOC category list experience. should i need to get another letter from employer saying that i am a full time employee..???

Man for your job experince to be valid and to claim points, just give what CIC wants

The letter typed should be on
1. Letter head
2. Signed by authorised person with their telephone number and email address.
3. Must have company's full address, telephone number, email, fax
4. Stamped official seal (very important)

and must also include

5. Length of my employment
6. Position held:
6. Duties performed
7. Total annual salary
8. Number of hours worked/week

If you can get all this on one piece of paper, then i dont think u need anything else. The key is to go according to CIC and if u are unable to provide the relevant documents , u need to write/type the reason why u were not able to provide the relevant documents OR certain details in the documents

Yes, full time employee, 30 hours per week, something like that so they will knew you are full time.

@E01985337... i have 2 letters for my experience. one is having number hours mentioned in my pay slip and i have reference letter with roles and responsibilities, HR sign and company full address and phone number but no seal on the letter as don't have any seal ...

for another eperience i have pay slips and reference letter with roles and responsibilities, sign and company seal and company full address and phone number but not number of hours mentioned on offer letter or on pay slip. Normally here in india no one gives offer letter or payslip with number of hours worked per week or month on it...thought everything is ready but again in confusion now...!!! what to do now?????

For the first one just askthe HR to put a stamp/seal..Every company has a stamp yaar

Does the second job mention that u are working full time??? It would be better if you could get the average hours worked in a week mentioned in that letter........

If these are not avilable, then do writetype a covering letter what is missing and why its missing

Letters must be:
stamped with the company's offical seal (if applicable)

This is mentioned in the doc. checklist and I assume it is not compulsory to get it stamped because of the word - if applicable
