My partner, currently living in the UK, had a criminal offence over 12 years ago. It was a "refusing samples" crime after a motoring offence & she received an 18 months driving ban, but NO CUSTODIAL SENTENCE. This is classified as a "Category C" offence in the UK, a minor crime. Does anyone out there know where I can check what the Canadian equivalent is for this crime & what category it would fall under?
