Hi. I'm going to apply for CEC and I need to get the reference letter from my previous employer. As it's really hard to get one from them, I'm so worried to get the proper one, so I don't need to ask them again.
I worked there as an Electrical and electronic component quality control inspector and then promoted to Electrical and electronic component quality control supervisor which supervise the former. I have many difficulties to find the proper NOC for the 2nd title and align tasks with it. I chose NOC 2141 and following is my actual responsibilities of the job. I really appreciate if anyone can help me to check how much they are aligned.
