Can anyone clear my doubt about the SINP proof of funds?

I am planning to submit in SINP EOI profile. I don't have the required minimum proof of funds as of now.

What do you suggest, should i create profile or should i wait for 3 months after getting funds to my account?

Should we have funds in bank account from 3 months prior to creating Expression Of Interest for SINP.

Or after getting EOI notifcation to apply if we have funds in account is good enough.

Can someone clear my doubt? Thanks in Adavance.
