Its a kind request. It's been a year I am trying to get back to Canada. I also got myself readmitted to the University after I was required to withdraw due to low academics. Please guide me experts. No consultancy is aware of what to do in such a case.

Consult some consultants that are based in canada , that are registered with rcic and also share your situation with an immigration lawyer.

I went to Canada in University of Windsor in May 2017. I failed two courses in Sept 2017 semester and so I had to withdraw from the University in Jan 2018. I came back to India. I again got admission in Fanshawe college for PG certificate course and applied on April 2018 which was refused in June 2018. Then I talked with my Uwindsor Dean and got readmitted to the University and applied in Oct 2018 which again got refused.
