i have to set up my restaurent in india I dont wanna work anymore for someone ....want to be an enterpenure...

i am not saying it cannot be done i am saying its difficult.....let me give u a very broad example this is a very crude example dont take it literally u basically have to justify why learning to cook canadian food help ur restaurant in india unless u have a lot of canadian clientele. is spending lot of money justified if the returns r not high. will spending 1000s of dollars on canadian education help ur restaurant that much?

buddy i m not doing anything related to cooking its just management to get some idea bcoz what i have in ma mind is to open a restaurent in delhi or Gurgaon....open air restaurent
