Can an entrepreneur PNP nomination be used in Express Entry?

Hello all,

As the title asks, I am trying to plan my future in Canada, and looking at different options. I've tried to do a lot of research into the different PNPs as well as Express Entry - it's quite overwhelming! One thing I couldn't find a definitive answer to was if I were nominated through a PNP as an entrepreneur (in other words, a PNP business program), could I use that nomination to apply for Express Entry? The reason to do this would be to shorten the length of PR processing time. Is this possible? Or are nominations used in Express Entry limited to skilled workers?

EE is only for these 3 programs:

• Federal Skilled Worker Program
• Federal Skilled Trades Program
• Canadian Experience Class

Entrepreneur has their own stream and processing procedure, so it is not aligned with EE. PNP business programs are processed on paper PR procedure
