Can Afghan students get a Canadian scholarship?

Hi
Due to financial issues and poor educational qualities in Afghanistan I can’t keep on my studies here, Can someone please tell me is there any chance for an Afghan to get a scholarship from Canada or permanent residency without any fee ?

Permanent residency no. You may be able to find a scholarship but that would be done through a private charity. Not very common.
