Hello please help me on this topic ,
might be crazy , but please put me on a correct way....
suppose student pass a course in Institute/college in One Year
and on his certificate state 1 year program (written 1 year)
is it possible one letter from that institute is declared that total duration was 18 months , However , because of fixed format of issuing certificate/degree from ministry of science it is stated 1 year , but we are confirming that this student has been passed whole subjects within 18 months .
