One of my reference letters for my work experience only has a company seal stamped without a signature. However, all their contact information is stated in the letter. Would this be a problem?

" all work reference letters for Express Entry should be printed on official company letterhead with contact information for the company (address, phone number, email). The letter should include the name, title, and signature of your immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company.

Usually and legally a stamp doesn't replace a handwritten signature , unless the seal is a signature seal that's legally speaking , a company seal normally is always accompanied with a signature, however the immigration officer may feel satisfied with the letter especially if the company information can be easily found and verified having a web presence etc, how easily he can contact your supervisor and so on , but we are speculating here and this might not be the case.

ideally if you can reach to your colleague to sign your letter that would be the best option for you , it will avoid you stress over this issue and most importantly a delay in your application handling especially in a time where applications are already delayed due to covid19, a delay or worse : a rejection , I saw so many people rejected over minor details which may seem not important.

Maybe there are members on this forum who experienced the same issue, my personal advise is get it signed it's not worth taking the risk especially when we know it takes one so much time , effort and money to get there , so don't take the risk and submit a perfect application, if in any kind of events you can't get it signed , submit a clear and convincing LOE justifying why the handwritten signature is missing, but as I said try to get it signed , keep the LOE as the last resort.
