Can a sibling in Canada apply for a study oermit for me?

Hello,

My brother is currently studying in Canada. Would it possible that he could apply for a study permit and a CAQ for me to facilitate things?

Also, If I accept a university offer and and start the permit procedure with it but then accept another university's offer, would it affect anything.

Your brother applying wont help with anything, so do it yourself. No accepting another offer will not affect anything.
