I'm a Canadian citizen, I married a girl overseas following a long distance relationship. I moved with her until her spousal sponsorship would come through. We were able to get her immigration sponsorship secured in October 2023. Her confirmation of permanent residence gave her until September 27th, 2024 to make landing. Here is the catch though, since the start of 2024 our relationship has started having a lot of problems to the point that we're considering divorce or separation. As I'm living with my parents now who also live overseas. I'm afraid before divorce or withdrawal of my sponsorship, she might go alone to Canada to secure her landing. My question is could she successfully complete her landing without me accompanying her or me being absent from Canada?

Yes, she can. You should withdraw sponsorship to cancel her COPR before she lands and becomes a PR so they you dont become financially responsible for her for thee years.

You should contact IRCC IF you no longer want to sponsor her and, more importantly, be financially responsible for her basic needs for 3 years after she becomes a PR!

You are supposed to inform IRCC when there is a major change of your relationship. So since you have been separated, you should withdraw your sponsorship asap. Otherwise, once she's landed, you will be responsible for her for 3 years after landing. (if she claim social assistance, that a big sum for you to pay off)

And yes, she could land without notifying you. And IRCC do not notify sponsor when the PA lands.
