Hi, my husband (France) PR card ended. He applied 8 years ago as a qualified worker. We live in quebec and I'm from here. We have kids and are married here.
The problem is, he did not renew the card cause he did not want to go out of the country and even if the card is not valid, his status is, as states the site.
Now he is effraid to renew because in the forms they ask for his work history in the 5 precedent years. He did work a bit but not much due to health issues. He would like to get back to work but alot of jobs won't accept without an updated card.
Can they revoke is PR if he applies to renew now?
