Can a PR holder`s wife come on Study permit if she applies separately?

I am a PR holder, can my wife come along with me on Study permit if she takes admission for any university course in Canada?
What questions will be asked by the immigration officer to my wife when we land to Canada ?

She can try applying for a study permit but with a PR spouse, chances of approval are quite low.
