Can a PGWP attend a 1 day cpr/first aid course?

Hi guys!
I’m not sure if its legal to attend a 1 day cpr course on a pgwp. Since the website say ircc doesnt consider “general interest, and personal development” a study. I never left and reenter Canada to start a new authorized period of stay too. Not sure if this fall under course that less than 6 months?

For a 6 month program you need a study permit. CPR, fine.
