Hi, I came to Canada in 2018 and filed for Asylum. Still waiting for the Case hearing date from IRB. Anyhow, In 2019 I got married here. My wife came to Canada as a Student. Now she is working with her Post Graduation Work Permit and about to apply for PNP on May 6th. Now my question is, Can she apply for PR along with me as her spouse for both of us? Or Do I have to wait for my Case hearing first? Thank You in Advance for the answer.
