That depends on which programme you used to immigrate. If it was a federal programme, then yes, no problem. If it was a Nova Scotia specific programme, then yes, this could be a problem.

Canadian charter of Rights allows permanent residents to relocate to any province. However if your application was approved based on the intent you expressed to settle in a particular province, you can be considered inadmissible/misrepresentation.
